Test Ride Appointment Policies: As a small, family-owned business, our time is valuable. Please respect our time (and the amazing free consultations we provide!) by cancelling at least 24 hours before your appointment. Thank you!
Service Reservation Policies: If you miss a scheduled drop off for service, we will offer you the option for a refund or to reschedule for the next available appointment. Please be aware, our service appointments are often booked 1-2 weeks out.
Rental Reservation Policies: As our rental bikes are very popular, we require 24 hours notice to cancel a rental reservation, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
$45/calendar day for all rentals. Pickup and return same day: $45. Pickup and return following day: $90
Bike availability is limited - most bikes are only available from Sunday evening until Wednesday morning.
Rentals require 24 hours notice so that we can insure the bike is tuned and batteries are charged.
For your safety, we ask that you agree to the following: Use your lights, helmets, and any kid-seat belts/seats (included) at all times. If you have the bike overnight, it must be either stored indoors or properly locked & covered in a private area (i.e. do not lock the bike up on the street). Do not disassemble the bicycle in anyway. Let us know if you plan to leave the shop with the bike in any way other than riding it away. We reserve the right to veto any other method of transport.
Return Policy: All returns subject to approval. All accessories are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any returns must have a receipt, original packaging, and be in new condition. All bikes, subject to approval, are returnable within 30 days of purchase, with a 10% restocking fee applied. All clearance & demo bike/accessory sales are final.
